When said in liturgy or in devotional prayer, together or privately, the Lord\u2019s Prayer is like a gentle, multilingual hum of heartfelt praise and petition<\/em>.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Pope Francis has inaugurated a Year of Prayer ahead of the 2025 Jubilee, calling on the faithful \u201cto intensify prayer to prepare us to live well in this event of grace and to experience the power of God\u2019s hope.\u201d The Holy Father explained that the Year of Prayer is dedicated \u201cto.\u201d What would be the \u201cperfect\u201d time to reflect and rediscover the value and the need for prayer \u0336 be it one\u2019s personal life, in the life of the Church, or that of the world \u0336 if not the seasons of Lent (and Easter)?<br \/>\nThe <strong>Catholic Bishops&#8217; Conference of England and Wales (CBCEW)<\/strong> therefore proposes an itinerary for a faith-sharing group on The Lord&#8217;s Prayer structured for five sessions (or five weeks). This faith-sharing itinerary seeks to provide small groups, dedicated to the reflection of the Word, draws on the Scriptures with each session clearly rooted in a passage from the Bible.
