Lech Lech\u00e0 <\/em>is a biblical expression that we find in Gen 12:1 where God speaks to Abraham inviting him to leave his land and go to the place that will be shown to him. The Lech Lech\u00e0 Association works in the field of relational philosophy, dividing its activity between research (collaboration with Italian and foreign universities), training (company and school) and dissemination (through the website and organization of meetings). The approach takes place in the biblical-philosophical edge, understood respectively as a moment of interpretation and definition of the relationship.
\nThis year\u2019s seminar deals with the history of the so-called “universal flood” (Gen 6-8). A history common to the great religious traditions, where the image of a catastrophe is constant, prelude to a regeneration. What new elements does the biblical account introduce compared to the other narratives? This is the question that will be the background of the various quotations that will also highlight the inadequacy of the translation: mabul<\/em>, in Hebrew, does not only mean “flood” but also the moment when the high and the low are confused. A moment of loss of orientation, which represents the paradigm of the crisis of a system whether social, political or psychological. It can therefore be identified with numerous historical phenomena such as an epidemic or a war.<\/p>\n
